Riga, March 20 (LETA) - On May 13, the third Zemgale Business Forum will bring together entrepreneurs and experts in various fields at the Livberze Culture House, focusing on the importance of change in business, LETA was informed by the Jelgava regional council.

The central theme of the forum will be the ability of companies to adapt to the rapidly changing economic environment, use new technologies, develop innovations and seek new directions for growth. The event will also focus on strengthening the competitiveness of enterprises, opportunities for cooperation and exchange of experience between different sectors.

"The business environment is changing very quickly today - digital technologies are evolving, consumer habits are changing and international competition is increasing. Businesses increasingly need to be able not only to react to change, but also to use it to develop new ideas and sustainable growth," explained Ilze Matusa, Head of the Tourism and Entrepreneurship Department at the municipality.

She admitted that change is undeniably a challenge, but it is the strength of every company's future.

The aim of the event is to promote business development in the Zemgale region, strengthen cooperation between entrepreneurs and institutions, and stimulate discussions on future business opportunities. The event will include stories from entrepreneurs, presentations and discussions on business development, the implementation of new ideas and the ability to adapt to change. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the experiences of companies from different sectors and to make new contacts.

Registration for the Zemgale Business Forum is open until May 10. Participation in the forum is free and open to everyone, but places are limited.
