Sales of Civinity group up 9.1% in H1

Riga, Oct 2 (LETA) - The turnover of Lithuanian building management group Civinity increased by 9.1 percent in the first six months of this year and reached EUR 46.017 million, while the group's profit increased by 57.5 percent and amounted to EUR 1.677 million, the company informed LETA.

The group's gross profit increased by 32 percent to EUR 10.376 million compared to EUR 7.855 million in the first half of 2024. Consolidated EBITDA reached EUR 4.198 million, up 17 percent year-on-year at EUR 3.591 million.

Dievidas Jacka, Chairman of the Management Board of Civinity, said that the residential segment of the group's business portfolio continued to grow steadily, while the engineering segment performed significantly better. The digital payments platform, which was introduced in the second half of 2024, had an additional positive impact.

In July this year, Civinity implemented the first tranche of its planned EUR 10.35 million bond program, which was admitted to trading on the Nasdaq Vilnius regulated market. The proceeds were used to refinance an EUR 8 million public bond issue originally due in 2023.

The company said that in June 2025, Civinity agreed with INVL Bridge Finance to refinance the private bond, extending the maturity by almost two years. In August, the group raised a loan from Signet Bank, refinancing part of its existing liabilities.

According to the company's chairman, the group continues to pursue its strategy of developing an ecosystem of smart green cities - integrating the services that citizens need to live, work, be mobile and manage their buildings.

The Civinity group had 1,604 employees as at June 30, 2025.

The Civinity group's turnover in the first half of 2024 was EUR 42.187 million and its profit was EUR 1.065 million.

Civinity is one of the largest building maintenance and engineering solutions groups in the Baltics. The Civinity group brings together more than 20 companies overseeing more than 10 million square meters of residential and commercial buildings.

The Civinity group manages building management, administration and maintenance companies in Riga and Jurmala, and includes Civinity Home, Civinity Engineering LV, Civinity Solutions, Civinity Home Jurmala.
