Three more employees, 57 clients at Selga social care home in Ventspils test positive for Covid-19
RIGA, Dec 16 (LETA) - Repeatedly testing employees and clients of Selga social care center in Ventspils, another three employees and 57 clients tested positive, said Selga acting director Ilze Upnere.
In total, six employees and 61 clients of the social care center have contracted Covid-19.
In total, there are 134 clients and 56 employees in Selga.
Upnere said that at the end of last week, one of the clients was hospitalized with a fever and breathing difficultiees. At present three clients have fever, but no other health problems, while others do not show any symptoms.
The infected clients are isolated from others, and the necessary care is ensured, following all recommendations from the Center for Disease Prevention and Control.
