40% of Latvia's new Covid-19 cases recorded in Riga
RIGA, June 21 (LETA) - Of the 40 new Covid-19 cases confirmed in Latvia over the past 24 hours, 16 have been recorded in Riga, according to the data released by the Center for Disease Prevention and Control.
The 16 new Covid-19 cases registered in Riga brought the Latvian capital city's cumulative 14-day number of Covid-19 cases to 652.
Meanwhile, other municipalities did not report more than two new Covid-19 cases.
Latvia's cumulative 14-day number of Covid-19 cases per 100,000 population dropped to 103.6.
