Several new August 16 temperature records set on Tuesday
RIGA, Aug 17 (LETA) - New August 16 temperature records were set at 13 weather stations on Tuesday, the Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Center informed.
The hottest temperature was registered in Dobele on Tuesday, where temps reached 32.3 degrees Celsius.
Latvia this week is facing another heatwave as temperatures during the day climb over +30 degrees C.
