Another 98 education institutions continue remote education process
RIGA, Sept 22 (LETA) - Due to Covid-19 incidence, 286 education institutions in 41 municipalities will continue remote education process, which is by 98 education institutions and two municipalities more than last week, LETA learned from the State Education Quality Service (IKVD) representative Jana Veinberga.
In total, this school year started in 672 education institutions.
IKVD said that most often decisions on transition to remote learning have been made by education institutions in Riga, Daugavpils and Jekabpils.
