Prices of standard apartments in Ogre, Kauguri and Salaspils increased in September - Arco Real Estate
Riga, Oct 12 (LETA) - The prices of standard-type apartments in Ogre, Kauguri and Salaspils have risen in September, according to the latest serial-type apartment market report of the real estate company Arco Real Estate.
In Ogre, in September 2025, the prices of standard apartments increased by 0.2 percent and the average price per square meter reached EUR 873 per square meter. Apartment prices in Ogre in September were 3 percent higher than at the beginning of 2025.
In Kauguri, Jurmala, prices of standard-type apartments increased by 0.5 percent and the average price in September was EUR 817 per square meter. Since the beginning of 2024, apartment prices in Kauguri were 4 percent higher.
In September, prices of standard-type apartments in Salaspils increased by 0.3 percent and the average price per square meter rose to EUR 838 per square meter. In September, prices of standard-type apartments in Salaspils were 1 percent higher than at the beginning of the year.
In Jelgava, apartment prices remained unchanged in September. The average price of a serial apartment in Jelgava in September was EUR 758 per square meter. This was 2 percent more than at the beginning of 2025.
