Most of Latvia's new Covid-19 cases recorded in Riga and Ventspils
RIGA, May 20 (LETA) - Of the 497 new Covid-19 cases confirmed in Latvia in the past 24 hours, most have been recorded in Riga and Ventspils, according to the data released by the Center for Disease Prevention and Control (CDC).
Riga reported 128 new Covid-19 cases, which brought the capital city's cumulative 14-day number of Covid-19 cases to 2,613.
Ventspils recorded 26 new Covid-19 cases. The cumulative 14-day Covid-19 incidence reached 277 in Ventspils.
Latvia's cumulative 14-day number of Covid-19 cases per 100,000 population now stands at 434.3, according to LETA's estimates.
