Heating tariffs to grow in Ventspils municipality as of November
RIGA, Sept 23 (LETA) - Heating tariffs in Ventspils municipality will grow significantly as of November 1, according to the new tariff plan of VNK Serviss.
VNK Serviss has set tariffs for rural territories of Ventspils municipality individually. Heating tariff in Ugale will grow by 109 percent to EUR 124.34 per MWh, in Blazma - by 119 percent to EUR 132.67 per MWh, in Stikli - by 265 percent to EUR 177.92 per MWh.
Heating tariff in Uzava will grow by 249 percent to EUR 214.21 per MWh, in Ventava by 245 percent to EUR 174.65, in Usma - by 180 percent to EUR 133.53, in Piltene - by 100 percent to EUR 104.48, in Targale - by 165 percent to EUR 106.91, in Jurklane - by 88 percent to EUR 185.76 per MWh.
VNK Serviss explained the tariff changes with increase of woodchip prices.
VNK Serviss was registered in 2002, and it has a share capital of EUR 1,370,502, according to Firmas.lv. The company belong to Ventspils municipality.
