Lacplesis keeps position of Daugavpils vice mayor
RIGA, March 22 (LETA) - Janis Lacplesis (Latgale Party) on Monday survived a no-confidence vote, keeping the position of Daugavpils vice mayor.
The no-confidence motion was initiated by opposition Harmony party due to his activities in respect to Daugavas Siltumtikli heating utility.
The extraordinary Daugavpils council meeting did not support other opposition's proposals on Daugavpils Siltumtikli project.
