Heating tariffs in Marupe to grow 68.9% as of March
RIGA, Feb 16 (LETA) - As of March 1, heating tariffs in Marupe are expected to grow by 68.9 percent to EUR 127.29 per MWh, LETA learned from the Public Utilities Commission.
At the same time, the maximum heating tariff level at EUR 68 per MWh will be applied by bills issued by Marupes Komunalie Pakalpojumi in March and April.
The Public Utilities Commission reminded that the state provides support to households for heating bills in those municipalities where a steep rise in heating tariffs is recorded - over EUR 68 per MWh.
Currently, the heating tariff in Marupe is EUR 75.35 per MWh.
