Heating tariffs in Aluksne to grow by 25.37% as of December
RIGA, Oct 31 (LETA) - As of December, heating tariffs in Aluksne will grow by another 25.37 percent, according to a statement published on Latvian official gazette Latvijas Vestnesis.
On October 15, Aluksnes Energija increased its heating tariffs by 52.8 percent to EUR 81.11 per MWh, excluding value added tax (VAT).
As the fuel prices are increasing, as of December 1, heating tariffs will grow by another 25.37 percent to EUR 105.45 per MWh, excluding VAT.
According to Firmas.lv, Aluksnes Energija municipal heating company last year generated EUR 1.35 million in turnover and earned EUR 0.15 million in profit. The company was registered in 1996 and has a share capital of EUR 3,458,219.
