RNP municipal housing manager reports EUR 4.1 million profit in 2021
RIGA, June 9 (LETA) - Rigas Namu Parvaldnieks (RNP) municipal housing manager in 2021 has reported EUR 4.1 million in profit, the company's board chairman Rolands Neimanis said in a press conference today.
As reported, a year ago RNP posted EUR 4.6 million in loss.
Neimanis said that the company had not paid dividends to its shareholders earlier. Thus, now, the company for the first time will pay almost EUR 1.7 million in dividends to the Riga City Council.
The company's turnover increased by almost 10 percent to EUR 61.149 million.
RNP board chairman informed that the company continues its development towards becoming an efficient, open and customer-friendly company, providing high-quality housing management services.
