RIGA, Jun 3 (LETA) - The turnover of Rigas Nami municipal real estate management company was EUR 28.42 million in 2025, which is 3.3 percent more than a year earlier, the company's spokesman Janis Bunte informed LETA.

Rigas Nami closed 2025 with a profit of EUR 94,000, achieving a positive financial result and improving the company's key performance indicators.

Last year, Rigas Nami continued to implement development projects, investing EUR 3.07 million in various business areas, which is twice as much as in the previous year.

Bunte notes that the largest investments were made in the renovation of pavilions at Riga Central Market, modernization of event centers, development of IT infrastructure, and promotion of energy efficiency in commercial buildings.

Bunte also said that in the year under review, the company paid considerable attention to improving the efficiency of its operations and customer service.

In 2026, Rigas Nami plans to significantly increase investments by continuing the development of Riga Central Market, implementing a social housing project, developing municipal properties, and improving customer service and digital management solutions.

At the same time, the company will continue to develop its unified Customer Service Center, improving service availability, performance control and communication with customers, as well as introducing uniform service standards in all areas of the company's operations.
