Sprindzuks keeps position of chairman of Adazi regional council
RIGA, July 1 (LETA) - Adazi regional council chairman Maris Sprindzuks (Latvian Alliance of Regions, LRA) today was re-elected to the position in the new Adazi regional council.
All 15 lawmakers supported the decision.
LRA won six of the 15 seats at the local council, the Union of Greens and Farmers won four seats, the New Conservative Party won two seats, Movement For and New Unity won one seat, Harmony got one seat and Latvia's Green Party also won one seat.
