For Latvia's Development to run for municipal elections in Kekava municipality together with Growth
Riga, March 19 (LETA) - The party For Latvia's Development has submitted on Wednesday to the Central Election Commission (CEC) the lists of candidates for the municipal elections in Marupe and Kekava districts.
The leader of For Latvia's Development in Marupe municipality is Aivars Ositis, who previously was the chairman of Babite municipal council and worked for four years in Marupe municipal council.
In Kekava municipality, as earlier, For Latvia's Development will run together with the Growth party. The leader of the joint list is Juris Zilko, board chairman of Growth.
As reported, the submission of candidate lists for the 2025 municipal elections starts today. The submission of lists of candidates for this year's municipal elections will close on April 8.
The municipal elections will take place in early June.
