Kultūras ministrijas Bibliotēku nodaļas vadītājs Jānis Turlajs nolasa kultūras ministres uzrunu Latvijas Bibliotekāru biedrības 9.kongresā "Quo vadis, Latvijas bibliotēka?", kurā plāno diskutēt par reģionālo reformu, skolu, speciālo un zinātnisko bibliotēku problēmām un digitalizācijas projektiem.
